Matter USA is pleased to
distribute manners and etiquette training kits for children and youths written and
developed by The Civility Group. Karen Mallett and Lewena Bayer co-founded The Civility
Group Inc. in 1999. Recognized as the leading experts in their field, Karen and Lew are in
high demand as convention and conference keynote presenters. They are persuasive,
entertaining, and passionate speakers who present on a variety of topics related to
current issues in civility, entrepreneurship, leadership, and etiquette.
The Etiquette Ladies have co-authored
six books with plans for new books ranging from children etiquette to corporate civility
to be released late 2006. Since 1999 they have also written for Canadas largest web
network www.canoe.ca where you can
find over 200 columns and new editorials weekly. The Civility Group Inc. has been featured

Ms. Fox is the owner of The
Etiquette Ladies, Canadas Experts in Children, Youth, Teens and Social
Etiquette and the director of Louise Fox Protocol Solutions business
etiquette. She has been trained and certified in Business Etiquette and International
Protocol at the prestigious Protocol School of Washington and Childrens Etiquette at
the International School of Protocol In Baltimore.
Ms. Fox has twenty years experience in the
food service, hospitality and special event planning industries. She holds a
Bachelors degree from Lakehead University. Following a successful career as a
provincial government consultant, she trained as a chef in the Culinary Management program
at George Brown College and the Cordon Bleu School in London England. She was the
owner/operator of a country inn in Muskoka for ten years. After completing the Event and
Meeting Management Certificate program at George Brown College, Louise planned events for
a large international law firm in Toronto.
Louise is an active member of MPI, ISES,
Toastmasters, etiquette coach for Womens Network top rated television program
"Style by Jury," and an instructor at Georgian College. She is quoted in many
National newspapers across Canada, magazines such as Flair, Canadian Living, Glow, Soho
Business Report and is a frequent guest on Breakfast Television, Omni, Rogers, Global and
CBC Newsworld. Louise presents business etiquette, international protocol and dining
seminars to business professionals who wish to "Outclass the Competition." Her
programs for children, youth and teens develop social and leadership skills and build
